Boot sequence:
1. Pump power supply and water circulation are normal
2. Plug in the main power
3. Wait for seven or eight seconds to stabilize the voltage before closing the air switch to start heating.
The shutdown sequence is the reverse of the startup sequence.

It uses 48V DC current. A 3kW high power DC power supply is required when it is used. Cannot be directly connected to a 220V power supply.
Can melt 300g of gold or 150g of copper with a 20ml crucible.Can melt 500g of gold or 250g of copper with a 30ml crucible.Can melt 1000g of gold or 500g of copper with a 70ml crucible.

 

4-tube 2kW and 6-tube 2kW circuit used a 20ml crucible.6-tube 3kW circuit uses a 30ml or 70ml crucible.

Assembly:The assembly method for 5kW and 2kW circuit is basically the same.
Plug the fan into the fan socket on the circuit board.

The control interface can be used to connect a temperature controller to achieve a temperature control function or a relay to control the work of the circuit. When not in use, it can be short-circuited with a jumper.
